sounds like you got a good vibe going on. you're social, active, and you push yourself to do things outside your comfort zone. all 3 things i struggle with. I try to gym 2-3 times a week but I hate it. I like the feeling AFTER working out but during the workout I just want to be done already.

Thank you, it was definitely not an easy journey getting here but I am happy with how far I've come. If I were to give some unsolicited advice, I would say do 1 thing a day that you don't want to do or makes you uncomfortable. Go to that event you don't feel like going to, socialize when you feel like staying in, put in work even when you don't feel like it. One little act a day compounded over years gives you some mental fortitude

One thing I learned last years was to put myself into uncomfortable setting to get used to them. I was a tour guide at my university last spring and I can see now how it helped me to better my social skills.
