Where are you at in your life stage?
I am 23 and married. I just moved across the country and am trying to improve my health through the fitness.
How's your life?
I would say my life is pretty good. I have a roof over my head and food in my stomach.
What helps you keep your sanity?
I go to the gym for my sanity a lot, but I do also enjoy reading and playing video games.
What is most important to you right now?
I would say the most important things to me right now are definitely my cats.
Anything you recently found interesting?
I haven't found much interesting that I can think of.

Where are you at in your life stage?
Being in my mid twenties, I am still trying to figure out who I want to be. Currently I’m working night shifts, and hopefully switching to normal hours soon. I was also going to school for Graphic Communication associates but sadly had to drop out because it was getting too exhausting. I’m hoping to go back as soon as possible.
I’m married, and have two cats. Most likely we won’t have any kids.
I am from Guatemala and moved here in 2017, I love San Diego. Its weather is perfect to do anything, and everyone I’ve met is extremely nice.
How's your life?
Working night shifts atm :(.
Depending on how things go I should start a normal 9-5 soon, I am so looking forward for it. But since that hasn’t happened yet, I’m usually at work from midnight to 8:30am, I’m free from the rest of the day until 2/3pm. I try to keep the same schedule to keep my sanity, or at least what’s left of it.
You can find my at any hiking trails enjoying the weather, and I’ve been trying to get more into everything related to video production. There’s something about multimedia that excites me. I think it’s the ability to communicate so many things to other people using the multimedia.
What helps you keep your sanity?
As I said before, going on hikes or doing anything outdoors. I’ve only gone camping once and I loved it. So I hope I get to go on more adventures.
I also play call of duty, I am not good at all, but it’s fun playing from time to time.
Something that doesn’t really help my sanity, but I want to get into it, is making videos. I think expressing emotions through videos would be something helpful for my mental health.
What is most important to you right now?
The most important thing for me right now is basically surviving. It’s been tough to see the positive in things lately, but I know that with human connection and good people, everything will be better.
Human connection is also important for me. It’s something that helps me get out of my comfort zone, and rewarding at the end.
Anything you recently found interesting?
If you are going through HRT treatment (for transgender people (MF)), your feet will shrink a couple of sizes! I’m not sure if it’s something that happens to everyone, but that’s what happened to my husband’s cousin.

A little grey at times , a lost most of my friends and I struggle sometimes within my relationship. I mostly spend my time studying and reading .

Where are you at in your life stage?
27 years old, living with my girlfriend and cat. Moved to the US about 4 years ago, California about a year and have been working and learning a ton. I feel at peace but sometimes it gets lonely.
How's your life?
Pretty good. Lots of love and fun. There are so many new things to do and new people to meet, that keeps me going.
What helps you keep your sanity?
Playing guitar, rock climbing (bouldering), videogames, long Youtube videos, singing in the car.
What is most important to you right now?
Right now my girlfriend and our cat are the most important part of my life. They make my life better and encourage me to engage in new things. I got into plants to get my cat some catnip lol.

I'm always learning and researching random stuff. I've been binge watching "Forged in Fire" and it is wild the amount of people with forges at their houses.

I can’t complain. I do have a disability that affects me cyclically and can really put me down some days, but as a whole I am incredibly grateful for my life.

Where are you at in your life stage?
I'm nearing retirement but I don't feel old. I'm still interested in learning new things and am perpetually curious. It's easy to sit around and do nothing and I do that sometimes...but I'm trying to break out of being too complacent.
How's your life?
I am a very lucky man. Good career, good relationships, living in a great home near the beach. What's to complain about?
What helps you keep your sanity?
Physical exercise. It used to be creative pursuits, but hiking, kayaking, pickleball, etc., etc., seem to be what really interests me.
What is most important to you right now?
Continuing to grow.
Anything you recently found interesting?
We went to see the whales in Guerrero Negro, Baja California, Mexico. The whales come right up to the small boats to interact with humans. It's pretty mind blowing
