Where are you at in your life stage?
I’m 26 and still feel like I’m 22 (ty covid), just graduated and still living with my parents. I’m somewhat hopeful, filled with dreams and ideas but can’t help but feel like I’m stuck in a rut I don’t know how to get myself out of.
How's your life?
I would say my life is pretty static and monotonous at the moment. Even though I’m a dentist I am still feeling a bit of imposter syndrome and I’m afraid of something I can’t figure out…
I’m slowly learning to be kinder to myself, learn to do life and finding myself without the added stress of school and all while trying to incorporate hobbies since I seem to have none.
What helps you keep your sanity?
My dog, he keeps me grounded and forces me to snap back in if I take a minute longer to feed him.
And hope, I hope to achieve the life I daydream about someday, I spend too much time thinking about it instead of living in the present but it’s my way of coping.
What is most important to you right now?
Spending as much time with my dog since he is 11 and his old age is starting to show. I’m afraid I’ll wake up tomorrow and he’ll be gone.
On the other hand, I’m trying not to let myself and my family down while saving as much as I can so I can do my residency in 2025.

There’s a bear in Banff, Canada called “The Boss” who has been hit by a train twice and survived. He still stands on the train tracks like nothing happened.

Your fun fact about the boss dropped my jaw. I will be going on a google spiral about this bear.

Where are you at in your life stage?
Happily married, currently childless but perpetual dog mother. Trying to make self-employment work as I pursue a writing career.
How's your life?
I can’t complain. I do have a disability that affects me cyclically and can really put me down some days, but as a whole I am incredibly grateful for my life.
What helps you keep your sanity?
Ha! That ship has sailed.
What is most important to you right now?
My family and chasing my dreams

Where are you at in your life stage?
I’m in that exciting phase of life where I’m chasing big goals, figuring out what truly matters, and learning how to make the perfect cup of coffee without Googling it. Balancing ambition with joy, and always down for adventures, late-night talks, and finding the best local food spots.
How's your life?
Life’s in that wild sweet spot between chasing big goals and laughing at how unpredictable it all is. It’s a mix of clarity, chaos, and late-night thoughts about what really matters—plus the occasional cereal-for-dinner moment.
What helps you keep your sanity?
A good playlist, solo walks that feel like side quests, and reminding myself that no one really has it all figured out. Oh—and not taking life too seriously (except when deciding on pizza toppings).
What is most important to you right now?
Right now, it’s all about chasing goals, enjoying the ride, and not losing my AirPods again.
Anything you recently found interesting?
Recently found out octopuses have nine brains, and now I feel personally attacked for struggling to answer emails with just one.

Where are you at in your life stage?
I’m content, happy, learning gratitude, acceptance. I’ve learned to prioritize happiness, well I’m still learning. I’m 42, I feel the same as I always have, just a little wiser. Making connections is a little difficult for me due to my job. I do think shared experiences are more memorable so I’m hoping to meet some good people here for either intelligent conversation, outdoor activities, or both.
How's your life?
My life is good, I’m very fortunate. My work rotation is 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off. So I’m either gone, or in San Diego with lots of time. I work internationally and have for most of my career. My younger brother and his family who I’m very close to are moving to Miami, so that’s a big change for me.
What helps you keep your sanity?
The gym, family, having a job that I enjoy, walks, plants, fostering dogs, surfing, snorkeling La Jolla, swimming to the sea caverns.
What is most important to you right now?
Mental and physical health. Being present, going to the beach. Enjoying my life.

I recently moved closer to the downtown port and get startled when I hear the cruise ships sound their horns! Haha.

Where are you at in your life stage?
I am a 35 year old mother of two. I have a 16 year old son and a 10 year old daughter. I work a lot. I have a full time job and a part time job. I'm also trying to get my bachelor's degree online in soil science. I work as a gardener. I love plants and being outside. I have been sober for almost 5 years.
How's your life?
Man this is a tough question. How is my life. I've struggled with depression and other similar issues most of my life. I often find it hard to see the good stuff for a few reasons. I work a lot and often feel like I'm spinning my wheels and hoping I eventually maybe make it out. Overall I think it is good though. I have a lot to be thankful for! I have healthy kids, food on the table, a reliable vehicle that gets me to work, a job, and a roof. Therapy and working on myself is an ongoing effort. If I could say one thing I would like more of is community and support. Working on balancing everything.
What helps you keep your sanity?
Hiking. As often as possible. Also my dog Kylo helps a lot. I love him so much. Hiking with him is literally my favorite. I also enjoy cross stitching and do that as frequently as I can.
What is most important to you right now?
Honestly just making it through. Haha continuing to check the boxes to try and

I love learning! Lately I've been getting into soil! Holy moly there are so many little critters in soil. It's honestly incredible. I could talk forever about plants from roots to shoots.

Where are you at in your life stage?
27 years old, living with my girlfriend and cat. Moved to the US about 4 years ago, California about a year and have been working and learning a ton. I feel at peace but sometimes it gets lonely.
How's your life?
Pretty good. Lots of love and fun. There are so many new things to do and new people to meet, that keeps me going.
What helps you keep your sanity?
Playing guitar, rock climbing (bouldering), videogames, long Youtube videos, singing in the car.
What is most important to you right now?
Right now my girlfriend and our cat are the most important part of my life. They make my life better and encourage me to engage in new things. I got into plants to get my cat some catnip lol.
Anything you recently found interesting?
I'm always learning and researching random stuff. I've been binge watching "Forged in Fire" and it is wild the amount of people with forges at their houses.
