Where are you at in your life stage?
Having recently gotten my feet off the ground, I find myself working at the Camp Pendleton Commissary full time, while I handle expenses and figure out what's next in my journey.
At the age of 24, I still have plenty of youth to go around.
How's your life?
I don't see myself working here forever, but I want to take these months day by day, and discovery much that life has to offer. The only issue is finding those in my area to start becoming grounded with.
What helps you keep your sanity?
I play games, watch online twitch streams or videos, and maybe stream myself rarely.
What is most important to you right now?
I want to try new things, and managing such expectations alongside my job means I have to pace myself. I have only so much time in a day, and only a few days a week can I handle my responsibilities. I'm do it right, it just means that I don't have much to go around.
Anything you recently found interesting?
I just tried my first ever rice cooker, and my goodness I could have been a lot more frugal with my meals.

Where are you at in your life stage?
Focused on work-life balance, taking advantage of all the great outdoor activities available in the San Diego area, exploring new interests.
How's your life?
My life is good atm. But…..I do not know many people in San Diego. I moved from the New York City area a few years ago. I lean toward the introverted end of the spectrum. I have a girlfriend, but it would be nice to meet others — particularly other 40+ year old people who have moved here in the last few years and are seeking social connections.
What helps you keep your sanity?
Per the above — work life balance. The great weather in San Diego and spending time outdoors. Spending time with friends and family. But…I don’t really have any local friends (other than girlfriend).
What is most important to you right now?
I guess the things I have mentioned in the above responses. As mentioned, I moved to the San Diego area a few years ago, from the east coast. I am introvert-leaning. Would like a few quality social connections in San Diego.
Anything you recently found interesting?
I find too many things interesting to list them all here. But, to name a few: AI, the hiking trails around San Diego, the evolving San Diego restaurant scene, Bourbon, biking, live music concerts/performances.

Where are you at in your life stage?
I’m somewhere between quarter life crisis and on top of the world. My 30th birthday is next week & life keeps getting more interesting. I relocated to San Diego almost 6 years ago, the biggest challenge has been making genuine connections since leaving home.
How's your life?
I’ve got some good things going for me. I have a supportive and loving husband, the means to experience things that bring me joy (traveling, eating, sitting on patios drinking wine), my job is mostly good. The thing that keeps nagging at me is my lack of connection here in Southern California, and generally, actually. I don’t really have a family. I miss having close friends near by.
What helps you keep your sanity?
Good food, reality TV & getting outside.
What is most important to you right now?
Health & happiness. My marriage. Growth. Meaningful connections.
Anything you recently found interesting?
I recently listened Trejo, by Danny Trejo, on audible. I didn’t know what I expected when I bought the book, but wow, I was immediately hooked. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a good laugh but also a compelling story.

What is one way that you have challenged yourself to do something outside your comfort zone? I identify a lot with that sentiment as well.

Where are you at in your life stage?
I’m settling down. I’ve moved around a lot in the last 10 years. Moving back to San Diego last year just felt right. By settling down, I mean I’m planting roots here in SD and don’t plan on moving away anytime soon. I’m single and just enjoying my life right now
How's your life?
It’s great! I’m generally happy and the healthiest I’ve ever been. My work challenges me enough to where it is still satisfying and I am able to make time to do the things that I love. I have a few close friends here in SD but realize that new connections wouldn’t be a bad thing.
What helps you keep your sanity?
I have a routine that helps keep my mood in check. It involves work, some form of physical activity (tennis, pickleball, volleyball) 5-6x a week, meal prep 1x a week, and small goals to check off along the way personally and professionally. Also my dog, he’s the one that told me to get a life.
What is most important to you right now?
Right now I’m prioritizing my health. Ive ditched the late night, party, going out scene for a more physically active, endorphin-inducing lifestyle. I have close friends out of town that I hang out with occasionally, but being back in San Diego has opened up doors for me to explore new hobbies and maybe new connections as well.
Anything you recently found interesting?
San Diego sure does rain a lot more than I remember…

The rain the last two years have been unusual! The timing of the rain this year so far, to coincidentally fall on the weekends, has been really odd as well. It’s a soothing change, but definitely makes me so appreciative of beautiful and sunny days.

Where are you at in your life stage?
27 years old, living with my girlfriend and cat. Moved to the US about 4 years ago, California about a year and have been working and learning a ton. I feel at peace but sometimes it gets lonely.
How's your life?
Pretty good. Lots of love and fun. There are so many new things to do and new people to meet, that keeps me going.
What helps you keep your sanity?
Playing guitar, rock climbing (bouldering), videogames, long Youtube videos, singing in the car.
What is most important to you right now?
Right now my girlfriend and our cat are the most important part of my life. They make my life better and encourage me to engage in new things. I got into plants to get my cat some catnip lol.
Anything you recently found interesting?
I'm always learning and researching random stuff. I've been binge watching "Forged in Fire" and it is wild the amount of people with forges at their houses.

Where are you at in your life stage?
I'm in my early thirties looking to learn more about myself through dance, hand balance and friends/community.
How's your life?
Overall pretty good. I recently made some big changes that out me at a small transition period but excited for what's to come 😁.
What helps you keep your sanity?
Dancing, drinking tea, training handbalance, spending time with friends. My key has been Movement and genuine rest.
What is most important to you right now?
Self discovery. Thankfully thay journey intertwines with all my interest! So really just going deeper into.thw big three: loose leaf tea, hand balance, and dance.
Anything you recently found interesting?
I came across a book titled The Temple in the House about the intersection of architecture and spirituality. Not sure I agree with every idea they present but using architecture and home design as an extension of the soul as well as it's resting place has given me lots to ponder on. Have I built a home the reflects me and let's me rest in myself? What would a temple built to sanctify me include? Can that be in my home too?
