@grateful1 I plan to do communications for creative industries, with a focus on working directly with communities that need it most :) so I’m looking into working with nonprofits and public arts sectors!

I’ve been trying to get into meditation and it’s quite difficult to calm the chatter in my mind. The app Calm has a 30 day challenge that really helps! Turning mid 30s is really kicking my butt into high gear about being better overall.

Recently went to a very nice Vietnamese-owned boba shop called Mirakuru! They’re always changing up the interior decorations & their custom boba cup sleeves~ Plus, their sweetness levels feel actually accurate (not super sweet). Highly recommend :)

Hey girly! I'm not a fan of boba but I get the drinks without boba, lol. I'd love to grab a drink sometime together and go for a hike/walk if you're interested :-)

I keep a photo album of favorite trees I come across so I can imagine I’m sitting under them.

Isn’t it amazing? It’s such a lost art form these days. Words have the power to convey so much and offer a glimpse into someone’s deepest soul

I recently felt that I'm walking through the complete unknowns, and it reminded me of the time back in school. There weren't a lot of choices, and I had to push my limit for so-called good things that I vaguely knew what those were exactly. I thought I would never go back to such a moment, but later I realized I'm again in the same situation, by my choice, with even greater unknowns. I recently realized most important things and matters require such hard work and a good amount of longevity. I think those past experiences where I reached my full capacity and limit enabled me to understand what endurance is and how I can better practice it when I really need it again. I believe what we are picking up along the way would become what we may call "wisdom" later.
