Where are you at in your life stage?
I’m a 20 y/o undergraduate student studying psychology in Los Angeles! I’m a SoCal native but I haven’t explored as much of LA as I’d like to—I’d like to change that and make a friend or two in the process!
How's your life?
Just trying to balance school, internships, and finding time to meet people from all walks of life :)
What helps you keep your sanity?
Creating (I illustrate/design sometimes!), reading (memoirs, fantasy, mystery), and watching every movie under the sun at any local LA theaters (favorites: Princess Mononoke, Tampopo, Ocean’s Eleven).
I also loveee walking and traveling around LA when I have the time and resources to do so (I tend go alone via my college transit pass lol).
What is most important to you right now?
Being secure in who I am! Whether that be through career development, helping my community, or making closer connections with my friends (and potential friends!)—I just want to put myself out there more often, especially as an infp :,)
Anything you recently found interesting?

Where are you at in your life stage?
I am married to my lovely wife. We have 3 kids, a 4 year old and 2 year old twins. Both of us work too much for too little money but we are settling into being a family and just trying to find friends to join in our journey through life.
How's your life?
It's mostly great. I like my job and am working to getting further in my career. My kids drive me crazy but I wouldn't change it for the world. My spouse is super supportive of my. We are working together to make healthier life choices for our bodies and our wallets.
What helps you keep your sanity?
I have started 3d resin printing and painting the models and it's so peaceful. I also listen to audio books (typically different nonfiction / fantasy genres). And I really enjoy doing yard work, growing something fun, and keeping it clean and tidy for our kids to play in
What is most important to you right now?
My family. While I love my quiet time I love spending all the time I can with my kids and wife. We work too much to not spend time together whenever we can. And I work as much as I dare to make sure they get what they need!
Anything you recently found interesting?
I just started 3d printing and even newer to painting. I never thought I would have any artistic ability but I am not half bad at the painting!

Where are you at in your life stage?
I just graduated school a year ago in the midway and have felt weird since- moving to the school was my first time being out of my home city and I was scared for the changes; but ended up loving the community that I created. I was able to find a job with my degree and am happy that I can start my career and am worried about creating a comminity
How's your life?
I think life has been good! I'm really fortunate to have locing parents whom I can talk to- and a lot of good friends that I have made as well. I moved out to Los Angeles recently, and the worry of trying to create a community is currently at my forefront, but I am optimistic I will be able to do so!
What helps you keep your sanity?
Talking to friends and family and having plans for the future help me keep my sanity. I have realized that often I look to far
In the future and miss what is currently happening; which I think is an issue but also helps keep motivated and calm if there is a struggle in the mean time.
What is most important to you right now?
Probably just building a community and making friends! I want to meet as many people as possible. From traveling I've realized the most
Fun part of life is meeting people & experiencing things with each other.
Anything you recently found interesting?
I've been. Learning Spanish recently and one thing that really interested me is so many words from English can translate to Spanish! If it ends it with -tion it probably has Latin roots and can be used as a Spanish verb

Where are you at in your life stage?
I’m currently at what feels like a limbo state in between learning to be content with my life and trying to get the most of what’s out there. I’m 25 and while it’s supposedly an age of discovery, It’s also challenging trying to figure out who I am. Sometimes it feels like trying new activities, meeting new people, going places feels like putting a square peg into a round hole. Life’s a bit complicated trying to find the sweet spot between my introverted desires but not letting myself become a total homebody haha
How's your life?
Ultimately, I feel like life is decent. Moving to a new city, making friends in the area, and being financially stable. I feel like I should be feeling happy that things are making the progress it is, but I’m still left wondering that life SHOULD feel more. Maybe that’s because I’ve watched too many movies/shows and have a distorted idea of what life can be.
It’s a struggle but I think that the struggle is what makes life worth living. If I didn’t feel the struggle in the past, would I have truly appreciated the things I have now at this moment? I don’t believe so. Everyday I get closer to who I truly am.
What helps you keep your sanity?
Reading books, exploring new hobbies, and visiting neighborhood restaurants. I’ve been reading everyday of my life and take books with me just about everywhere I go.
But honestly, I think exploring new hobbies has been a real rewarding experience. From camping for the first time as an adult, connecting to folks and moving to LA as a result… that same social group connecting me to a food kitchen volunteer event where I made a friend inviting me to go to an open mic, singing on the stage… I think all of these new experiences, while intimidating, show me that there’s a lot of interesting things out there in the world.
What is most important to you right now?
Health and friendship.
After going through some health struggles, I think I am truly realizing how much of a blessing good health truly is. Although I am making strides and progress (going to the gym, better diet, sleeping), there’s still a lot to move towards.
Friends is a bit complicated. People never told me how hard it was to make friends post-college. It’s tough. Moving to a new city, breaking into social circles, exploring hobbies. Time is valuable and trying to make time to find yourself and others is hard. Everyone is doing the same and it makes me truly treasure the people I have right now which I can call my friends.
Anything you recently found interesting?
I’ve recently gotten into mixology. I recently became a brand ambassador for an alcohol company and from there, I’ve dived into the world of cocktails and making drinks. It’s a nice way to relax after a long day exploring a new way to make tasty creations.

Where are you at in your life stage?
I feel like I'm at that sweet spot - financially stable enough to pretty much fly wherever I want (barring any diplomatically challenged destinations) or get into whatever newfangled hobby I decide to fixate on next, but still "young" and fortunate enough to have no life-altering responsibilities like major health issues, children, or parents in need of care. My social circle is pretty small (and could be bigger *ahem*) but while no one is really married yet, people are definitely getting close to being engaged.
How's your life?
I often find myself getting caught up putting out the everyday little dumpster fires, but standing back everything is objectively well. Sure, I might not care for my job at all, but I think I've come to terms that I value the stability it gives me over any sense of job fulfillment. I have a few close friends that I talk with often, and a group of physically close friends who are always down to go on adventures with. However, that group is starting to break apart slowly as people move away (in Los Angeles, that means they're moving more east or south... I'll miss them). I'd love to connect with more people and perhaps go on adventures and explore hobbies and restaurants with them.
What helps you keep your sanity?
I watch probably too much TV (but "good" TV! and a guilty pleasure reality show every once in a while. If a while is once a month. Maybe twice. Or once a week. Ok, I may go through bouts of heavy TV binging).
I also love doing stuff with my hands (crafting, art, music in an aspirational sense) and I try to stay active through yoga, climbing (though I'm definitely in a climbing slump right now, totally not because I've finally grown my nails out without picking at them and they just look so pretty with nail polish!), snowboarding, and squishing my dog. Oh, I love eating and going out too. Concerts as well. Did I cover all the common categories yet?
What is most important to you right now?
Health is my top priority, and second is developing and maintaining my relationships with others, though you could probably argue that the two are related if not part of the same thing.
Anything you recently found interesting?
If you watch enough instagram reels of something, you start to slowly embody whatever you consume. I like watching cute memes and some of my unconscious behaviors have slowly regressed in age because of it. I can not explain why I am now meowing like the meme cats but here we are.

Where are you at in your life stage?
I am in my late 20s and single. Currently in my last year of law school with a job lined up after graduation. Looking forward to starting my career after being a student for the majority of my adult life.
How's your life?
Objectively, my life is great! Yet, I feel like I am missing out on meaningful relationships. Having spent my life focused on personal goals, I never prioritized seeking out friendships and connections. Now that I am at this stage of my life where I am transitioning into my career and prioritizing myself, I feel the lack of meaningful relationships and would like to expand my circle.
What helps you keep your sanity?
My physical, mental, and emotional well-being are my number one priorities. Working out, whether that be in the gym, climbing mountains, or roller skating along the beach, is a must. Starting my day with some form of physical activity helps me get through rough days. I also enjoy spending time with my cats, listening to music, and journaling.
What is most important to you right now?
Besides finishing law school and passing the bar, building authentic connections with others who share similar interests, hobbies, desires, and/or goals.
Anything you recently found interesting?
I recently learned that adults only laugh about 17 times per day on average, whereas 4-year-olds laugh 300 times per day! That finding puts into perspective how little joy most adults have in their daily lives as we are all caught up in work and the other societal pressures we have.

Where are you at in your life stage?
Right around the middle, I think (closing in on 40). Have a lot behind me but also (hopefully) just as much or more ahead. Stable life long career that I'm hoping to grow in, and pretty sure this is the city where I'll spend most of the rest of my life.
How's your life?
It's...interesting right now. Recently out of and getting further away from a few bad years but the light at the end of the tunnel is really bright and beautiful and it's coming closer and closer and it's definitely not just a car at night...
What helps you keep your sanity?
My dog, my cat, my job (sometimes), and my softball teams.
What is most important to you right now?
Right now, moving forward is the most important thing. I have finally found the direction to go in, now I just need to keep going in that direction. Also: finding fun in the everyday.
Anything you recently found interesting?
Plenty. That Olympic gymnast who is sponsored by parmesan cheese? Big Parma?? That's the dream.
