Join us for Pottery Night at Olomana Studios, nestled in the heart of Old Town Irvine—a cherished historical landmark that preserves the agricultural heritage of Orange County. The newly opened community pottery studio occupies a beautifully restored historic building, where the echoes of Irvine's ranching past meet contemporary creativity.

Old Town Irvine stands as a testament to the area's rich history, originally part of the vast Irvine Ranch that shaped Southern California's development. Today, this preserved district offers a rare glimpse into the region's pastoral roots, making it the perfect backdrop for reconnecting with traditional crafts like pottery.

No experience is necessary, this class is perfect for beginners looking for a fun and creative night out.

Over the course of one hour, you’ll make two pieces of pottery: one on the potter’s wheel and one hand-built. Instructors will guide you step-by-step through the fundamentals of wheel throwing and hand-building.

During the class, instructors will guide you through 25 minutes of wheel throwing and 35 minutes of hand-building.

After class, Olomana Studios will take care of the firing and glazing process, transforming your handcrafted creations into beautiful, food-safe pottery perfect for your dining table or kitchen. In 3-4 weeks, you'll return to the studio to collect your finished pieces.

What's included
• 2 lbs of clay for your projects
• All tools and materials
• Firing and glazing services (Your pieces will be ready for pickup in 3 to 4 weeks)
