Recently went to a very nice Vietnamese-owned boba shop called Mirakuru! They’re always changing up the interior decorations & their custom boba cup sleeves~ Plus, their sweetness levels feel actually accurate (not super sweet). Highly recommend :)

Hey girly! I'm not a fan of boba but I get the drinks without boba, lol. I'd love to grab a drink sometime together and go for a hike/walk if you're interested :-)

What’s a topic that fires you up, or that brings out the most passionate side of you?

Travel, spirituality, human connection. How humans are the same but different.. different but really also the same. Controversial topics that are considered taboo, or might be too much for this platform, topics that are generally misrepresented in mainstream media or outside of the group of people that are most severely affected.
When people deliberately misunderstand or take the most unhelpful view of a topic. Ex: feminism. It literally just means that everyone should have equality in dignity, autonomy, and choice. Nothing more, nothing less. But people misunderstand it to mean man-hating or women being against other women who want traditional roles and any number of other things. That disingenuous framing only serves to undermine the movement and take equality away from all of us.

@grateful1 I plan to do communications for creative industries, with a focus on working directly with communities that need it most :) so I’m looking into working with nonprofits and public arts sectors!

I’ve been trying to get into meditation and it’s quite difficult to calm the chatter in my mind. The app Calm has a 30 day challenge that really helps! Turning mid 30s is really kicking my butt into high gear about being better overall.

I keep a photo album of favorite trees I come across so I can imagine I’m sitting under them.

Isn’t it amazing? It’s such a lost art form these days. Words have the power to convey so much and offer a glimpse into someone’s deepest soul

@TheMoose1234 Not a current one, but my last one. Also, so true about enjoying the process bc (maybe a bit morbid but) we’re all heading toward the same ending, right? How we get there is what makes life.

If you had to wear a t-shirt with your most used phrase, what would your t-shirt say?

It’s the other way around. I have a Tshirt that says happiness = reality - expectations. A lot of people strike up a conversation with me when they look at my Tshirt. I bought it to remind myself the secret to happiness 🙃

@NomadicHope It's an interesting space and is growing, especially after the pandemic. I think the trick to bridge between digital and physical since wellness can't exist solely in the digital space.
